Mr. Ryan Aldred
Whilst working for printing-workflow specialists,
Parascan Technologies, Ryan carried out high-profile
installations and systems development for a number of
global news organisations image processing solutions
(New York Times, Le Monde, Financial Times...), in
the UK and abroad.
Infrastructure specialist roles at EDS, Rolls Royce
Aerospace and the Ministry of Defence saw Ryan's
involvement in large scale technical projects, such as
global active directory roll-out, web-farm
implementation and database management.
Mr. Keith Follett
Extensive knowledge of many IT technologies,
particularly with relation to the Windows Active
Directory environment, infrastructure and systems
security and remote access have provided a platform for
senior engineer and architecture roles within a number
of high profile organisations.
Keith's experience and knowledge comes from his various
project roles with companies from Rolls Royce Aerospace
and British Energy, to the Inland Revenue and the
Ministry of Defence. |

Origin Systems Ltd. was founded in March
2004 by senior IT infrastructure
specialists, Ryan Aldred and Keith Follett.
Both founding directors had experience of a
broad range of systems and technologies -
ranging from the smallest client/server
networks to the largest global outsourcing
projects.
2004 saw Origin move into its first offices
in the centrally located Burton Upon Trent
area of south Staffordshire. With its
initial focus on the planning and
implementation of Windows based networks to
small to medium sized organisations, Origin
quickly built a strong customer base
throughout the Midlands and beyond.
The ongoing development of existing client
relationships opened up fresh opportunities
for Origin to improve upon their service
portfolio. An initial request to
develop and support a new web-based database
system, in 2005, started Origin's
directional shift towards systems
integration and workflow.
By early 2006 this new focus started to
establish Origin as an innovative and
forward thinking player in the market place.
Contracts with large legal, manufacturing
and financial organisations, as well as
smaller bespoke projects have seen Origin go
from strength to strength.
To meet the changing focus and ongoing
development of the business - in June 2006
Origin relocated to new larger premises.
These provide greater scope for expansion,
whilst also improving internal working
processes.
Since incorporation in 2004, Origin has
always maintained its focus on customer
satisfaction by working in partnership to
deliver solutions tailored to their needs.
Our flexibility and understanding of the
market place makes Origin ideally placed to
improve client efficiency and productivity.
